Part-Time Business Development Representative
Job Description
o Make outbound calls to prospective e-commerce businesses
o Introduce Enshield and clearly explain our value proposition
o Identify owners, executives, e-commerce managers, or other decisionmakers
o Ask qualifying questions and determine whether Enshield could be a good fit
o Schedule qualified appointments or demonstrations for our team
o Keep accurate notes and follow-up information on prospective clients
o Follow up with interested prospects by phone or email
o Provide feedback on common questions and objections you hear from
potential clients
Requirements / Qualifications
You don't need extensive sales experience. We're more interested in finding someone who is:
o Comfortable talking with people on the phone
o Friendly, confident, and professional
o Able to communicate clearly and naturally
o Persistent without being pushy
o Dependable and self-motivated
o Comfortable hearing "no" and moving on to the next opportunity
o Interested in learning sales and business development
o Organized enough to track calls, conversations, and follow-ups
Previous sales, customer service, appointment-setting, or call-center
experience is helpful but not required.

Hours
Approximately 10–20 hours per week, with flexibility around a student's class schedule. Most calling will take place during normal business hours.
Pay / Wage
Competitive hourly pay with the opportunity for performance-based bonuses for qualified appointments and/or new clients generated. We'll provide training, prospect lists, information about Enshield, and guidance on how to approach potential clients.
