Job Description

We’re hiring a highly organized Job Flow & Revenue Manager to run the day-to-day front-end operations of our restoration company. This role is ideal for someone with experience as a Restoration Coordinator, Office Manager, Dispatch Manager, Operations Manager, Project Coordinator, Claims Coordinator, Insurance Billing Specialist, AR Specialist, or Customer Service Manager.

You’ll manage job intake, dispatch, insurance communication, billing, and accounts receivable to keep projects moving and revenue flowing.

Key Responsibilities

● Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails from customers

● Qualify new jobs and dispatch crews quickly and accurately

● Act as a Dispatch Manager / Job Coordinator to keep jobs moving smoothly

● Communicate with customers and provide clear updates

● Use CRM/job management software (Xcelerate or similar) to track job flow

● Assist with estimating and invoicing using Xactimate (training available)

● Work with insurance adjusters as a Claims Coordinator / Insurance Billing Specialist

● Ensure documentation, approvals, and job milestones are complete

● Create invoices within 24–48 hours of job completion

● Collect deposits, deductibles, and balances

● Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and follow up on unpaid invoices

● Help coordinate and share on-call schedule for emergency response

Requirements/Qualifications

● Comfortable in a fast-paced restoration, construction, or service environment

● Experience in restoration, dispatch, insurance billing, AR, or operations preferred

● Familiar with Xactimate, CRM systems, or scheduling software (a plus, not required)

● Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented
