Job Description
S&C Consulting is looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to execute successful campaigns across multiple channels.
• Develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) to support business objectives.
• Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and monitor performance metrics.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, email campaigns, advertisements, and presentations.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, product) and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Manage and update the company website and ensure SEO best practices.
• Support event planning and trade shows as needed.
Requirements/Qualifications
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot). • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and SEO/SEM. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
