Job Description
Provide consistent hospitality ensuring a comfortable stay for guests, maintaining facilities and equipment, snow removal, groundskeeping, and daily maintenance of hot tubs. All duties are to be completed to the best of employee’s ability and knowledge, with deference to trade professionals as needed.
Requirements / Qualifications
Fixing machinery, plumbing, heating and wiring (professionals can be brought in as needed)
• Overseeing cleanliness, maintenance and repair of hot tubs
• Handling basic repairs and maintenance
• Snow removal on decks, and use of CAT to keep grounds (roads and driveways) clear
• Assessing and managing inventory of tools, chemicals, and other equipment needed to perform jobs
• Overseeing professionals performing repairs on property

Starting $18/hr or agreed upon wage; increase after satisfactory work during initial trial period of 30 days
