Job Description
· The Daily upkeep of Resort Property and Cabins ensuring the cleanliness and safety for our Guests:
o Hot Tub Maintenance
o Driving the CAT when needed/also plowing in the winter
o Deck Repairs and Grill Maintenance
o Pick up Trash
o Sometimes heavy lifting (more than 50 lbs)
o Usage of tools (drills, hammer, nails etc…)
Requirements/Qualifications
· Highschool diploma, GED, or equivalent. Some secondary education preferred, but not required.
· Familiarity with common repairs and maintenance; able to keep detailed inventory of dates, work completed, hours; problem solving skills.
· Ability to follow written instructions and protocols, complete assignments on an established timeline, communicating status of assignments with office staff.
