Job Description
We're looking for just the right person to fill a manufacturing leadership role in our company.
This is a long term employment opportunity!
Part-time or short-term applicants, please apply as a "team member".
Daily responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- set daily goals with your team
- give direction to meet those goals
- follow-up with team as needed
- constantly check quality throughout all processes
- give constructive feedback as needed
- report to Operations Manager
- work closely with Operations Manager to develop team
Requirements / Qualifications
Previous leadership roles are preferred, as this is a leadership position, but not required...for the right applicant.
This is a Leather Shop Manager position, so the following skills are helpful:
- leatherwork
- sewing
- custom design
- tooling
- attention to detail
- work with a team
- be coachable
We will train employees to do this work, so experience is not needed.
