Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to support the processing, cutting, and preparation of raw elements and materials, including the meticulous handling of historical artifacts. This role involves highly repetitive tasks that require sustained attention, precision, and adherence to a methodical workflow. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional quality control awareness and the ability to maintain accuracy across complex, high-skill procedures.
Requirements/Qualifications
· Detail-Oriented: Demonstrates exceptional precision and care when processing, cutting, and preparing raw elements and materials, with the ability to detect subtle inconsistencies or defects. Capable of meticulously handling fragile or historical artifacts without compromising their integrity.
· Focused: Able to maintain sustained attention during highly repetitive tasks that require consistency, accuracy, and adherence to a methodical workflow. Maintains productivity and quality standards over extended periods of concentrated work.
· Problem-Solving: Identifies issues in materials, processes, or outcomes and applies logical, step-by-step thinking to resolve them while maintaining quality control requirements. Escalates complex issues appropriately and contributes to continuous process improvement.
· Teachable: Receptive to feedback, instruction, and evolving procedures. Demonstrates willingness to learn specialized techniques associated with a high skill curve and to adopt standardized methods to ensure consistent results across the team.
