Adventure Experience Lead (Part-time/Seasonal):
InstaGear Outdoor Co. is looking for a strong leader with proven bike maintenance expertise to join our team as an Adventure Experience Lead. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in both a hands-on leadership position and a technical, service-oriented environment. You will oversee outdoor gear sales, rentals, and guided experiences while managing and mentoring a small team of Retail and Adventure Guides. Bike maintenance and repair experience is required, as you will be responsible for assembling, tuning, and maintaining our rental and retail fleet, including e-bikes. In addition to leading staff and ensuring smooth shop operations, you will facilitate outdoor skills camps and assist customers in selecting the right gear for their adventures. Requirements/Qualifications
- CPR certification or ability to obtain.
- 2-3 years of customer service experience
- Point of Sale experience.
- Valid driver's license
- Bike Mechanic or Maintenance Experience
- Preferred: Variety of Outdoor Mountain Sports Skills

Duration/End Date
September 2025 (Longer based on performance and desire)
Hours
20-35 Hrs/ Week Monday Through Saturday.
Pay/Wage
$10-$16 / Hour + $10 Per Bike Sale Commission
