Job Description
As a Practice Representative Intern at Summit Spine and Sport Chiropractic, you will play a crucial role in expanding our community outreach efforts and strengthening our relationships with local businesses. Responsibilities:
Business Outreach:
Identify and contact businesses in the area to promote our services and establish partnerships.
Arrange and conduct informational sessions, often referred to as lunch and learns, to educate businesses and their employees about the benefits of chiropractic care.
Event Planning and Execution:
Plan and coordinate community events, health fairs, and workshops to increase brand awareness and attract new patients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events, including logistical arrangements, promotional materials, and follow-up activities.
Community Engagement:
Maintain an active presence within the community by attending local events, networking with key stakeholders, and participating in relevant organizations.
Cultivate relationships with community leaders, healthcare professionals, and other influencers to enhance our reputation and referral network.
Administrative Support:
Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing initiatives, such as data entry, database management, and preparing reports.
Provide timely updates and feedback to the marketing team regarding outreach efforts and community feedback.

Requirements / Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, business administration, communications, health sciences, or related field.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and basic computer proficiency.
Access to reliable transportation for travel within the local area.
