Job Description
Come and live in beautiful Alaska and become a crucial team member of AK Trimlight as an Install Crew Member. As a crew member, you will be a key player in the installation of Trimlight, a permanent lighting feature, for both residential and commercial properties. In short, installation includes fastening metal channels to the inside of the facia and then securing the light diodes inside the channel. There will be some need to cut the channel to bend corners or peaks and also some light electrical as well. Hands-on training with a crew lead and/or company owner is a must in the beginning, and training videos will be provided as well to use as refresher courses or references.
All tools and supplies needed to complete installs will be provided by the company. In addition, temporary lodging and local transport while employed can be provided, as well as potential reimbursement for travel expenses to Alaska.
Requirements / Qualifications
General construction or handyman knowledge.
Must be comfortable with heights and working on a ladder.
Know how to operate power tools like a drill, saw, etc.
