Human Resources Intern (Temporary)
Job Description
This position will support our HR operations during peak season hiring, assisting with employee
scheduling, project coordination, and temporary staffing efforts. Over 600 employees will be hired
to process fourth-quarter customer orders of about 8 million holiday cards. You will assist with
onboarding, recruiting, and welcome events while providing day-to-day administrative support.
You’ll collect and analyze data to identify issues, recommend solutions, and collaborate with the
team to improve our workflow and communication.
Requirements/Qualifications
• Junior or Senior in college seeking a Human Resources or Business/Organizational
Development degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in MS Excel
• Provide open and timely communication to internal and external stakeholders
• Able to collect, compile, and communicate data results
• Able to maneuver multiple priorities over different business units to support the
department
• Problem solver and willingness to champion organizational improvements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills amongst various audiences from
executive-level officers to entry-level applicants
• Strong interpersonal skills; must enjoy working collaboratively with cross-functional
departments
• Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
• Flexible schedule to meet organizational needs over peak Q4 season.

Hours
Full-Time, 40 hours/week, but we are flexible with your schedule!
• Shifts available within 6:00am – 9:00pm
