Job Description

This position provides on-the-job training to prepare you to manage grain handling and feed operations. You’ll learn all aspects of: Grain receiving, storage, and handling, Animal feed manufacturing, Equipment operation and maintenance, Facility management and organization, Customer service and grower relations, Team leadership and daily operations.

Normal schedule is 40 hours per week, with extended hours (up to 80/week) during Corn harvest season, Oct-Dec.

Requirements/Qualifications

    • Strong work ethic and reliability
    • Willingness to learn and lead
    • Mechanical aptitude preferred
    • Basic welding and equipment repair skills are a plus (not required)
    • Ability to work extended hours during harvest
    • Self-starter mentality — someone who wants to take ownership of a facility over time
    • No previous grain experience required — we will train the right person.

    $55,000 – $70,000 annually (depending on experience and skill level). 80 hours PTO. 401(k) with company match up to 3%. Company cell phone plan. Monthly fuel card. Monthly vehicle allotment. Starting tool budget to build your own tool collection
