Fulfillment Operations Specialist (Full-Time)
Dry It Center/Everlast Brands – Idaho Falls, ID
$18–$22 per hour, based on experience and responsibility level. This is a full-time, in-store role
supporting fulfillment, customer service, and daily shop operations.
The Fulfillment Operations Specialist is a key, hands-on position responsible for ensuring smooth daily
operations within the store. This role focuses on accurate order fulfillment, rental equipment readiness,
customer service, and maintaining a clean, organized, and well-run shop environment. The ideal candidate
is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting customers while independently managing
operational tasks.
Requirements/Qualifications
Pick, stage, and prepare orders for purchases and rentals
● Inspect, clean, and prepare rental equipment for customer use
● Open and close the shop according to company procedures
● Monitor and oversee the shop during business hours
● Assist customers in-store, curbside, and over the phone
● Support local deliveries and customer pickups as needed
● Maintain organized staging, storage, and customer areas
● Communicate inventory, equipment, or order issues to management
Primary Tasks
● Pull items from inventory based on order details
● Label, package, and stage orders accurately
● Prepare rental equipment to be clean, complete, and ready
● Answer phones and assist customers with questions or order status
● Load, unload, and move equipment safely
● Follow opening and closing checklists
● Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shop

● Shopify and Hubtiger dashboards
● Fulfillment board or tracking sheets
● Delivery vehicle (company or personal, as applicable)
● Labeling, packaging, and cleaning materials

Required Qualifications
● Ability to lift, move, and handle equipment safely

Preferred Qualifications
