**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Intern. The ideal candidate will be a marketing major from BYU Idaho who is passionate about learning and exploring a career in the wedding industry. This entry-level position provides an excellent foundation for understanding the intricacies of marketing for a small business, with the potential for long-term growth based on performance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in managing and creating content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
- Utilize basic design skills in Adobe Photoshop and Canva to support content creation
- Develop a basic understanding of branding and marketing language for effective communication
- Craft cohesive captions, articles, and other marketing materials for Anthology Print
- Conduct research to identify and target our ideal customer demographic
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm innovative marketing strategies
- Demonstrate basic photography and video skills to enhance visual content
- Execute tasks with minimal supervision, showcasing a proactive and hardworking attitude
Requirements / Qualifications
**Requirements:**
- Enrolled in or recently graduated with a marketing major
- Proficient in social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Canva for design purposes
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft helpful and cohesive captions, articles, and marketing materials
- Basic knowledge of photography and video creation
- Strong analytical skills to research and understand customer behaviors
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- High level of motivation, drive, and eagerness to learn
- Coachable mindset with a willingness to take on new challenges
