Job Description

Take the lead in growing the digital presence for three fast-paced companies by creating engaging

content, helping manage websites, and optimizing eCommerce channels. This is a hands-on,

performance-driven role where your work directly impacts visibility, sales, and brand engagement.

Requirements/Qualifications

2+ years of experience in web design, videography, content creation, or eCommerce

● Portfolio of websites, campaigns, or digital projects

● Hands-on with tools like Wix, Shopify, Zoho, Canva, Adobe, and Google Suite

● Comfortable working on-site, full-time in Idaho Falls

● Comfortable engaging with customers or partners in person and representing the brand

professionally

● Ability to identify potential leads and capture accurate contact information

● Reliable follow-through and communication with internal teams for lead handoff

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing 80%:

● Capture, edit, and publish branded photo and video content for use across websites and social

platforms

● Manage and schedule social media content across multiple channels

● Upload, update, and optimize product listings across all digital sales platforms

● Track and report on web traffic, engagement, and conversion performance

● Maintain websites using Wix, Shopify, and Zoho

● Write and publish SEO-friendly blog content that supports organic growth and lead generation

● Collaborate with the executive team to align digital activity with business objectives

● Stay organized and move with urgency to keep all platforms fresh, fast, and on-brand

Note: Paid advertising is not part of this role. We’re focused on organic content and execution.

Sales & Relations 20%:

● Assist with local outreach and relationship-building efforts, including events, trade shows, and

community initiatives

● Support grassroots sales and brand visibility efforts in the local market

● Help identify and pursue new opportunities that generate leads and strengthen local presence

Core Skills and Competencies:

— Proficiency in Wix, Shopify, and/or Zoho Commerce

— Strong written communication for blogs and product descriptions

— Skilled in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.)

— Solid grasp of SEO principles and UX best practices

— Comfortable with multitasking and managing deadlines across multiple brands

— Confident in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive, etc.)

— Fast learner, strong communicator, and detail-driven

— Local relationship building and brand representation

— Lead identification and basic qualification

Job Expectations (Performance Metrics):

Marketing:

● All product and website updates completed within 48–72 hours

● At least 2 blog posts per brand per month

● Weekly photo/video content created and posted

● Monthly growth in site traffic and eComm conversions

● Listings and platforms kept 100% up-to-date, accurate, and optimized

● Clear collaboration with executive team and internal departments

Sales:

● Participate in local outreach (events, trade shows, field initiatives)

● Capture and submit qualified leads for follow-up

● Coordinate with internal teams on lead handoff

● Maintain simple records of outreach activity

● Support local brand visibility and awareness

Required Qualifications:

● 2+ years of experience in web design, videography, content creation, or eCommerce
