Job Title: Customer Success Representative
Location: Utah (Remote Work Available from Rexburg)
Job Type: Seasonal (Summer), Part-time.

AI Revolution Labs is a leading AI consultancy dedicated to transforming businesses through innovative artificial intelligence solutions. We are looking for a proactive and charismatic Customer Success Representative to enhance our client engagement and maintain robust business relationships.
Role Summary:
As a Customer Success Representative, you will work directly under the guidance of our CEO, primarily handling follow-ups with contacts made at conferences, networking events, and other professional gatherings. Your role will be crucial in guiding potential clients through our marketing and sales funnels, ensuring their journey continues through to retention and referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Follow up on leads generated by the CEO from networking events, conferences, and other business gatherings.
* Manage communications and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients.
* Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial contact to deal closure.
* Ensure a seamless transition into our customer retention and referral programs.
* Work towards personal and team sales targets, contributing to the company’s overall growth.
Requirements / Qualifications
Qualifications:
* Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
* Strong background in sales and customer service; previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Residency in Utah during the summer months is required; remote work options available from Rexburg.
