Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service & Fulfillment Specialist to support our daily operations. This role is a hybrid position that combines customer communication with order fulfillment. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer support while also ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped in a timely manner.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in organization, and understands that great customer experiences start behind the scenes.
Requirements/Qualifications
· Strong communication skills
o Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with customers via email and phone, providing accurate information and friendly support.
· Attention to detail and organization
o Proven ability to accurately pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining organized records and workspaces.
· Reliability and time management
o Consistent attendance, punctuality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting daily fulfillment and response-time expectations.
· Physical and technical capability
o Comfortable standing for extended periods, lifting packages as needed, and using basic computer systems, order management tools, and shipping software.
