Job Description
Happy to Help Caregiving is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants and caregivers to provide non-medical, in-home care to seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities. This role focuses on helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes through personalized, one-on-one support.
Care is provided directly in clients’ homes and requires traveling between client locations.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support mobility and safe transfers
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare simple meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Provide medication reminders according to care plans
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Follow individualized care plans and safety procedures
Work Environment
This is an in-home caregiving position where care is provided one-on-one in private residences rather than in a facility. Caregivers travel between client homes as needed.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy providing personalized care and building meaningful relationships with the people they support.
Requirements/Qualifications
- CNA certification preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and time management skills
