Job Description
We are a family-run business looking for 6-8 part or full time seasonal
employees from April-October, but are willing to work with schedules and availability!
We clean airbnbs, residential homes, and new constructions in the beautiful Swan Valley area.
You'll have the opportunity to see beautiful homes and beautiful mountain views! Many of our
clients are high-profile and have high expectations, so we maintain a high standard of cleaning!
Sometimes our places can be a little more heavily used as well, so you will be trained on how to
uphold that standard and encouraged to ask any questions needed. We will also double check
your work every time and offer tips and reminders when needed.
Paid training, pay depending on experience and work ethic. We are more than happy to
increase pay if we see you working hard and cleaning well! All of our cleaning will be done
during the day – typically around 10am-5pm – although we can start anywhere from 9-11am and
end anywhere from 4-6pm. We clean anywhere from 4-8 places per day, all in the Swan Valley
area.
We have zero tolerance for stealing or not showing up to work without notice.
We take pride in our ability to provide top notch cleaning services, and would like our employees
to reflect that same care and attention to detail that we do!
Requirements/Qualifications
● Must be detail oriented, hardworking, and responsible. Must have high expectations
when it comes to cleaning. Must be able to work independently without needing to be
watched and told what to do.
● Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation, or be willing to carpool with
someone who does.
● Formal cleaning experience not needed, but appreciated
