Job Description
My name is Evan, and I’m a 21-year-old student at BYU–Idaho. I have been paralyzed from the chest
down for three years and am seeking one reliable personal assistant to help with daily care needs.
Responsibilities include assisting with showering, toileting, dressing, meal preparation, and helping me get into bed at night. I am looking for dependable individuals who can help me maintain a consistent routine and start and end each day smoothly. The work you’d be doing is similar to that of a CNA. This is a great job if you’re looking for experience in healthcare. If you’re not looking to go into Healthcare, no worries, I can still use you.

Requirements/Qualifications
• Male applicants preferred
• No prior experience required — training will be provided
• Must be physically able to transfer me from my bed to my wheelchair
• Help with dressing each morning
• Assist with toileting/showering every other morning
• Prepare breakfast and a packed lunch each day
• Help transfer me into bed each night

The position requires about 1–2 hours each morning and 1 hour each night. There is one opening available, with approximately 10 hours per week for the position.
