    About us

    Bowen Kou is running for Florida State Senate. We need door knockers in Clermont, FL and other cites in Lake County/West Orange County. We are professional, agile and our goal is to Get Bowen Elected.

    Qualifications:

    Alignment for conservative political principles.
    Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to remain positive and composed in the face of diverse opinions.
    Strong knowledge of the candidate's platform and political issues.
    Basic understanding of data entry and reporting tools.
    Ability to walk for extended periods and navigate neighborhoods effectively.
    Previous experience in grassroots organizing or political campaigns is a plus.
    Responsibilities:

    Canvassing:Walk designated neighborhoods to knock on doors and speak with residents.
    Distribute campaign literature, flyers, and informational materials.

    Voter Outreach:Engage in conversations with voters to understand their concerns and priorities.
    Provide information about the candidate's platform and key policy positions.
    Answer questions and address concerns in a polite and informed manner.

    Data Collection:Document voter feedback, preferences, and concerns accurately.
    Utilize provided tools or technology to input data for campaign analysis.
    Identify and report key issues to the campaign headquarters for further action.

    Promotion:Act as a positive representative of the candidate and the campaign.
    Encourage voter registration and participation in upcoming elections.
    Highlight the candidate's strengths and achievements to build support.

    Community Engagement:Attend local events and meetings to connect with the community.
    Establish rapport with residents and community leaders.
    Collaborate with other campaign volunteers to maximize outreach efforts.

    Adaptability:Flexibility in working hours, as door knocking may require evening and weekend availability.
    Adapt communication style to connect with a diverse range of voters.

    Compliance:Adhere to campaign guidelines and regulations.
    Ensure that all interactions are conducted professionally and ethically.

    Feedback Loop:Provide regular updates to campaign management on encountered issues and successes.
    Participate in training sessions to enhance canvassing skills.

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract, Internship, Seasonal

    Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
