Job Description
We are looking for artists, especially those building their portfolios, who can create illustrations for a publishing project. This is a commission-based opportunity with the potential for multiple pieces, including cover art and scene illustrations for stories. This project is ideal for emerging artists looking to expand their portfolio and gain experience in professional publishing.

Pay/Wage
You will go through a three-phase paid process (fees are negotiable):
- Phase 1 – Concept / Rough Sketches: $100 flat fee per commission
You will produce rough sketches for specific works. You may collaborate with the author to refine the concept slightly. - Phase 2 – Final Illustration: $200 per final piece
If your concept is accepted, you will create the finished illustration. Multiple drawings may be commissioned per work. - Phase 3 – Commercial Rights: $150 per piece
Once the final illustration is approved, this fee secures commercial usage rights for publishing.
