Job Title
Assistant Homebuilding Supervisor
Job Description
Hamlet Homes is seeking a fun, outgoing and motivated individual that is eager to learn and grow as an Assistant Homebuilding Supervisor. If you are the perfect person for this position, you will be disciplined, prompt and detail oriented. You would like free drinks, snacks (which is very important) and occasional free food (which always happens on the day you’re starting a diet). But more importantly, you would want to be a part of a company that is growing, innovating and likes to think differently.
We are looking for the right person to add to our already GREAT (and crazy) Homebuilding Team. We pride ourselves on our people being set up for success when we throw you out in the field, so the “training” part of this will last as long as it takes for you to be ready. During the training period you will get familiar with the basic understanding of our communities, products and homesites. You will also want to learn the “Hamlet Way” which includes providing a GREAT customer experience to all our homebuyers, maintaining our model homes and sales centers, and following the Hamlet Policy & Procedures – which are way better than any other company, just sayin’!
And, of course, you will want to work at an award-winning company, most recently awarded one of the Best Companies to Work for in Utah, that knows how to work hard and play hard (there might be some rock concerts, ping-pong & nerf gun fights in your future).
Things we need from you:
• Represent Hamlet Homes as a Brand Ambassador by maintaining the Hamlet Values, Mission Statement, Vision Statement at all times.
• Maintain the highest level of Customer Service by thinking of the Customers needs at all times and by communicating frequently, openly and honestly.
• Interface with our amazing Trade Partners onsite and ensure that our homes are built to the highest quality stamdards!
• If you got this far, then we might really like you, because you were interested enough to keep reading. So, call us!
