Job Description
AI Leverage Automation builds custom AI tools and automations for businesses, with products already running in real companies. We are hiring students as AI Automation Advisors to help grow our client base. In this role, you will introduce business owners to our AI tools, identify where they are losing time to repetitive work, and book strategy sessions for our implementation team. You are the first conversation, not the closer. Our team handles the demos, development, and delivery. The role is commission-based on a tiered structure that grows as you bring in clients, and many engagements include recurring revenue, so your commission can continue through the first year and beyond. This is relationship-driven outreach, not scripted cold calling, and no prior AI experience is required. We train you on everything you need to represent us with confidence. The role is remote and flexible, built to work around your coursework, and it is a strong way to build real B2B sales and AI experience in one of the fastest-growing fields.
Requirements/Qualifications
· Comfortable starting conversations with business owners by phone, email, and LinkedIn
· Self-motivated, organized, and consistent without daily oversight, able to commit roughly 10 to 20 flexible hours per week
· Genuine curiosity about AI and how it helps real businesses; no prior AI experience required, as we provide full training
· Prior experience in sales, customer service, fundraising, or outreach is helpful but not required, and the role is open to all majors

Pay/Wage
Commission-based with a tiered structure that grows as you bring in clients: 15% on clients 1 to 3, 20% on clients 4 to 8, and 25% on 9 or more. Commission applies to the setup fee, the first 12 months of retainer, and any build fees, so a single engagement pays you across the full year rather than just once. Projects typically start around $4,000 and range up to $25,000 or more for larger builds. As an example, an engagement worth about $8,000 in first-year value pays roughly $1,200 to $2,000 depending on your tier, and most clients go on to add two to four more automations that pay you again at your current rate. There is no cap on your earnings.
