A Couple Needed for Summer Housekeeping
Job Description
We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented couple (preferably husband and wife but will consider friends, siblings, mother/daughter etc.) to help with our day-to-day operations at our lodge and hostel in Island Park, Idaho. This is a hands-on role with a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Cleaning and making beds
- Laundry
- Taking garbage and recycling to the landfill
- Occasionally picking up packages from the Island Park post office
- Collecting Walmart food orders for breakfast supplies
- Restocking supplies
- Putting out breakfast items
- Assisting with miscellaneous tasks as needed
Hours/Pay
- Work 2 to 3 days a week. Days of week to be determined
- Work hours: Varies between 10 to 11 AM until work is finished
- Work time is generally between 8 to 10 hours a day split between two people, so 4 to 5 hours each
- Pay is based on how many rooms and guests leave each day and is paid at a rate of $20 an hour. Up to $2 an hour bonus will be given if you stay through the end of the season
- An extra $35 to $50 per day depending where you live to help cover travel and fuel costs
