Warren Lake attended Ricks College and worked as a student athletic trainer before continuing and graduating from the University of Utah with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science. He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Utah in 2009 and became a board-certified clinical specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy in 2012.
Dr. Lake worked for 15 years in both Arizona and Idaho specializing in adult and pediatric physical therapy care for individuals with neurological impairment. He has taught at several universities, and began teaching as an adjunct faculty at BYUI-Idaho, before accepting an invitation to continue as a full-time faculty member in 2024. His work has included several published abstracts, case studies and manuscripts on movement disorders rehabilitation, falls, and rare pediatric disorders.
