Biography
Brother Heap received a B.S. degree from Brigham Young University (2011) and a M.S. degree from Brigham Young University (2013). He started employment with Pratt and Whitney as a Methods Engineer developing software tools for internal engineers to use for computer aided design and analysis of turbo machinery (jet engines). He then moved to consulting work with Design Automation associates and Engineering Industries eXcellence where he enjoys working with many different companies across the country on various projects related to software development for engineering, manufacturing, and industry 4.0. He began teaching as a mechanical engineering adjunct faculty member at BYU-Idaho in Winter 2018.
