Ross Baron graduated from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, with a bachelor's degree in finance. He then continued his graduate studies at the University of Southern California, where he completed master's and doctorate degrees in religion and social ethics.
Dr. Baron worked for many years in business and entrepreneurship before starting work as an institute director CES coordinator in Southern California. After 12 years, he came to BYU-Idaho in 2005, joining the Department of Religious Education as a faculty member.
Dr. Baron currently teaches at BYU-Provo as a visiting professor.
