Robert Colvin graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor's degree in Spanish Education, followed by a master's degree in Spanish Language and Literature. He completed his graduate studies with a doctorate degree in Spanish Literature from Vanderbilt University. Dr. Colvin joined the faculty in the Department of Languages and International Studies at BYU-Idaho in 2002.
