Kent Lundin graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelors' degree in accounting. He continued his graduate studies at BYU's Marriott School of Management, where he earned an MBA in quantitative analysis.
Kent served as a vice president of marketing for Capsoft Development Corporation for many years before becoming an instructor of business and computer classes at the College of the Sequoias. He then came to BYU-Idaho in 2001, where he teaches marketing classes in the Department of Marketing. Brother Lundin also served as a department chairmman in the Department of Business Management at BYU-Idaho from 2009 to 2013. In addition to his classes at BYU-Idaho, he is a board member for the Snake River DMC.
