Joseph Hill earned a Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas for his work on Directed Self-Assembly Methods in Di-block Co-polymer Thin-Films. He earned a B.S. in Physics from BYU–Idaho with a focus on astrophysics, computational modeling, and mathematics. His current interest areas span a wide array of Physics and Engineering topics including, but not limited to; astrophysics, data science, energy storage, fluid dynamics, materials science, micro-electromechanical systems, multi-scale computational modeling, robotics, sustainable energy, and thermodynamics.
