Jeffrey Meservy attended Ricks College before graduating from the University of Utah with a bachelor's degree in political science. He continued his graduate studies at Brigham Young University, earning a master's degree in public administration, followed by a juris doctorate degree in law from Purdue Global Law School.
Brother Meservy has served in the Church Education System since 1991, where he has taught students as a seminary teacher, seminary principal, pre-service trainer, manager, institute director, and adjunct professor at BYU. He joined the faculty in the Department of Religious Education at BYU-Idaho in 2005.
