Jay Hildebrandt is a retired senior anchor at KIFI Local News 8 in Southeastern Idaho. Along with teaching introduction to broadcasting and broadcast performance courses at BYU-Idaho, he hosts Sunday Blessings on KLCE Radio.
Jay earned two bachelor degrees from BYU, in Communications, emphasizing in Communication and Media Studies, and Broadcasting. Afterwards, he worked as an anchor to TV reporter for KMVT-TV, WKJG-TV, and KIFI Local News 8. He has taught at BYU-Idaho since 2004.
