Biography
David Belka has served as the program lead for Art Education since 2002. Prior to coming to BYU-Idaho, he taught art in the Granite School District in Salt Lake City, Utah. Brother Belka’s BFA emphasis was in drawing and painting. In graduate school he studied curriculum development in art and become more involved in photography. He does artwork in a variety of media and has taught a variety of studio art classes in addition to classes on the teaching of art.
