Background
Bob Morley joined the faculty of BYU-Idaho in 2018. Prior to joining the University, Bob spent 21 years in the corporate training and organizational development industry. His most recent position was as a member of the Executive Team of the Arbinger Institute where his principal role was to lead Arbinger’s network of global partners. Prior to joining Arbinger, Bob worked with VitalSmarts and FranklinCovey where he played multiple roles, including General Manager of FranklinCovey Mexico and Director of International Operations. He is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and conversant in Papiamento, a Caribbean island dialect spoken on his mission in Venezuela. He has worked with people in many countries throughout the world helping them build better organizations and better lives through true principles.
