A yoga class focuses on enhancing flexibility, strength, and relaxation through a series of poses and breathing exercises. Instructors guide participants through a sequence of asanas (postures) that improve balance, align the body, and promote mental calmness. The practice often ends with a period of meditation or relaxation to help reduce stress and foster overall well-being.

BYU-I approved clothing is required.
