Saturday, December 13th, 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM - The Pilates Fitness class at BYU-Idaho is a low-impact workout that focuses on the improvement of strength and balance. Pilates is a great way to increase core strength, work on breathing, and improve flexibility. This class is optimal for all fitness levels. Classes are free to attend.
Fitness activities and groups on campus are led by student instructors at BYU-Idaho. The Pilates Fitness class will feature multiple styles and types of workouts per instructor. Make sure to register onI-Belong before the class begins. Most fitness classes on campus require attendees to wear BYU-Idaho approved clothing.
