Thursday, December 11th, 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM - The Pilates Fitness class at BYU-Idaho is a low-impact workout that focuses on the improvement of strength and balance. Pilates is a great way to increase core strength, work on breathing, and improve flexibility. This class is optimal for all fitness levels. Attend for a great workout and to meet new friends!
Fitness activities and groups on campus are led by student instructors at BYU-Idaho. The Pilates Fitness class will feature multiple styles and types of workouts per instructor. Make sure to register on I-Belong before the class begins. Most fitness classes on campus require attendees to wear BYU-Idaho approved clothing. Classes are free to attend.
