Wednesday, December 10th, 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM - Pilates is a low-impact exercise method that focuses on improving flexibility, strength, and posture through controlled movements. It emphasizes core strength, alignment, and breathing, often using specialized equipment or body weight for resistance. This class is optimal for all fitness levels.
Fitness activities and groups on campus are led by student instructors at BYU-Idaho. The Pilates Fitness class will feature multiple styles and types of workouts per instructor. Make sure to register on I-Belong before the class begins. Most fitness classes on campus require attendees to wear BYU-Idaho approved clothing. Classes are free to attend.
