Location is the Cycling Room/Hart 188. A cycling class is a high-energy workout held on stationary bikes, led by an instructor who guides participants through various intensities and terrains. It’s an effective way to improve cardiovascular fitness, build leg strength, and burn calories in a group setting. BYU-I approved clothing is required.
