Sam is the Chief Marketing Officer of Freezing Point, the makers of Frazil Slushies. He has worked in brand management positions for Danone, WhiteWave Foods, and ConAgra Foods. He is also the founder of Sam's Career Talk, where he provides career coaching services to help people land their dream jobs. He is the author of two books: I Hate Job Interviews (HarperCollins, 2024) and The 8 Career Skills You Didn't Learn in College (2020). He lives in Erie, Colorado, with his wife, Gina, and four children.

Jessica Doberneck is an Arizona Realtor with a background in interior design, leading a team of realtors and her home staging company. She also invests in real estate, flips houses, and does interior design on the side. She is a top selling Arizona Realtor, real estate entrepreneur, and mentor. Jessica began her career in sales and marketing, then moved into design, and is now a full time Realtor. She leads a team of agents while running her own staging company, The Do Overs Staging Co., and continues to take on interior design work. The Dobernecks invest in real estate, and Jessica flips homes across Arizona. She is also the founder of TheDoOverNecks.com, a blog turned business hub sharing design, renovation, and real estate insights. Certified in life coaching with a focus on strengths, Jessica uses her expertise to help clients navigate complex transactions and to guide her agents in building successful real estate businesses.

Dain Hansen is a global affairs expert. Hansen is a published, awarded, and internationally recognized global policy professional. Dain has over 20 years of international government affairs experience and has worked with some of the largest global economies, Fortune 100 Companies, and top policymakers. He has worked on Capitol Hill—in the US Senate and US House of Representatives—during his career. He currently works with members of Congress, White House officials, federal and state agencies, and foreign ministries from around the world. “The Hill” newspaper has recognized Mr. Hansen multiple times as one of DC’s “Top Lobbyists,” and the US International Trade Administration has recognized his work with the US Presidential "E" Award for driving global exports. Dain Hansen is a delegate to the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) and regularly participates in US Trade Missions to Asia and the Middle East. Mr. Hansen has been a delegate and has spoken at the United Nations, and multi-national convenings. Dain also works closely with many US diplomatic, trade, and development agencies and has secured multiple grants for work in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Africa. He has testified before governments, and international bodies, and his work has been published, including by the World Health Organization. Mr. Hansen sits on the board of directors for several charities and nonprofits, he is an Eagle Scout, and served his mission in the Australia Brisbane Mission. Dain Hansen resides in the Washington, DC area with his wife and four kids.
