The I.T. Help Desk has joined forces with the BYU-Idaho Support Center (BSC) in an effort to improve customer service and support. The BSC will act as the firstline of support for all technology and I.T.-related questions.

I.T. System Issues - Due to a high volume of users, I.T. login (authentication) issues are occurring periodically. If you are unable to login to I-Learn, my.byui, or email, wait a few minutes and try again—generally, the system will be backup within 5-10 minutes. The I.T. Team is monitoring the situation closely and will continue to provide updates as needed.

New Website Coming Soon - The I.T. website is getting a facelift. The site will be under construction until early next spring.
