For Ticketed Events:                                                                                                                                                                                                         Tickets may be scanned upon entry.  Only the first scan of the barcode on your ticket will be admitted.  If you have already scanned your ticket for entry and need to leave for any reason, please have an usher mark or scan your ticket for re-entry.

Each patron entering the building is required to have a ticket.  Children under two years of age generally do not need a ticket; however, most events at BYU-Idaho have an age restriction.  Please check with the Ticket Office or the ticketing website if you are unsure if a performance is appropriate for younger audience members. Tickets may include a Print at Home option, in which case the tickets are emailed to you and can be printed on your home printer.  The only events requiring actual tickets are Outdoor Activities or Catering Events.  You will receive an email confirmation with the purchase of tickets. This is not your actual ticket. 

Dress Code:                                                                                                                                                                                                                         Dress for events is specified on the tickets for the event. There are two types of recommended attire: Event and Classroom Dress.

Classroom Dress:  Follow the guidelines for ordinary student dress and grooming which can be found at the Dress and Grooming Standards page.

Event Dress:  Men should wear dress pants or a suit with a collared shirt, tie, and dress shoes. Women should wear a modest dress, skirt or dress pants, and dress shoes.

Wheelchairs:
The Snow venues do not provide guests with wheelchairs.  There is, however, wheelchair accessible seating in each respective locale. 

Listening Devices:                                                                                                                                                                                                              Listening Devices are available through the the ticketing office in the Snow building. 

Animal Policy:                                                                                                                                                                                                                    "BYU-Idaho reasonably accommodates persons with disabilities who require the assistance of service animals. A service animal that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability is allowed. Pets and comfort (therapy) animals are not permitted on University property. Students and employees are required to abide by the animal policy and practices outlined at www.byui.edu/disability-services/animal-policy."

Lost and Found:                                                                                                                                                                                                               Lost items can immediately be found in the Ticket Office, then are moved to the Manwaring Center Information Desk following the performance.  If you have questions, please visit http://www.byui.edu/support-center/lost-and-found

Pictures and Recordings:                                                                                                                                                                                                                 For most events there is NO picture taking or audio or video recording. If you have questions, contact the Ticket Office at the event location.
                                                                                                                                                                                                  
Performance Time:                                                                                                                                                                                                                             The Auditorium doors open 30 minutes before showtime.  We encourage you to arrive with ample time to be in your seat at the proper time. Parking can be difficult to find near the start of a performance.
This venue has general seating for events, though you may lose your spot if you're not seated 10 minutes before the start of the performance. When tickets are sold out those seats are released to those waiting in a stand-by line. Theatre events have a no-admittance policy once the play has begun
     
 Proper Etiquette:                                                                                                                                                                                                                              We wish for every guest to have a wonderful, unforgettable experience during their visit. To provide that assurance, all noise-making devices (e.g.  cell phones) are to be turned off. Guests should remain seated during all productions while keeping chatter to a very minimal level. If you need to  leave the venue for any reason, please do so in between songs, scenes, performances, etc.

Cough drops and other noises made by food or beverage consumption can also be a distraction, so we ask that you keep this in mind during the show. Food and Drink is not allowed in most venues.                                                                                                                 
                                            
Theatrical Haze:                                                                                                                                                                                                                             Events with theatrical smoke use a water-based smoke or haze. If you have special concerns, please contact the Ticket Office at (208) 496-3170 before purchasing tickets for the event.
