Kyson Kidd can't remember a day music wasn't being played in his Rexburg, Idaho home.
"My family is really musical, we have five kids and all the five kids and my parents sing, so I grew up singing harmonies,” said Kidd.
There are many routes a musician can take and Kidd has explored a few. He started out as a singer/songwriter, where he recorded three albums. In recent years, Kidd has started a business in Provo, Utah, where he writes catchy, instrumental music for businesses and organizations to use in commercials or social media videos.
"I have two friends who were working for Operation Underground Railroad, which is a group that fights against human trafficking and children in sex slavery," said Kidd. "They are trying to save them and help them get back into a real life and they contacted me and we started writing songs probably once every couple weeks for their videos."
