Society of Physics Students (SPS)
The Society of Physics Students (SPS) is a professional association explicitly designed for students. Membership, through collegiate chapters, is open to anyone interested in physics. The only requirement for membership is that you be interested in physics. Besides physics majors, our members include majors in chemistry, computer science, engineering, geology, mathematics, medicine, and other fields.
Women in Physics (WIP)
The Women in Physics Society's mission is to ensure that every female physics student understands and is given the correct tools to succeed in the physics industry. Monthly meetings include resume workshops, homework help, information on internships, and more. Members are also taken on a yearly field trip to CUWiP (Conference for Undergraduate Women in Physics) where they are given the opportunity to network and understand how to succeed as a female in STEM.

The society offers opportunities ranging from first-semester freshmen, through senior projects.
