Education

  • I received a Ph.D. in Mathematics from BYU, and then immediately began working at BYU-Idaho.

Current Project

I am currently involved in creating inquiry-based learning (IBL) experiences, that incorporate either a problem-based approach, or team-based approach, to learning. See the Academy of Inquiry Based Learning (AIBL) at http://www.inquirybasedlearning.org/. One great example of IBL materials that incorporates both problem-based, and team-based, learning is the Interactive Mathematics Project (see https://www.mathimp.org/).
