Commit to Be Fit is a wellness program that gets BYUI employees and their spouses up and moving! You can log your exercise time, daily or weekly, by scanning the Commit to Be Fit QR code.

How Points for Commit to Be Fit Works

Gaining points will be based on the CDC exercise guidelines. Every participant who reaches 1,500 minutes of exercise in a semester will be entered into a prize raffle. Every additional 100 minutes of exercise earns you an additional raffle ticket toward a prize!
