Meet the Managers

Natalie de Leon and family

Natalie de Leon

Manager of Building 1
Women's Building

Hello! My name is Natalie de Leon. I am a recent graduate of BYU-Idaho and have been in Rexburg for the past three years. I am originally from Idaho. My family moved to Indiana when I was eleven, and they now live in Boston. My husband, Julio, is originally from Guatemala. We met here at BYU-Idaho. He is currently a student studying Biochemistry. The first time we noticed each other was after he gave me a black eye at FHE, so you could say our courtship began with seeing stars.

We love BYU-Idaho and are so happy to be here in Rexburg! We enjoy spending time with family and friends, dancing, and cooking together. We look forward to getting to know you and hope that you enjoy your time here at Centre Square!

Angie Holyoak

Manager of Building 2
Women's Building

Hello all! My name is Angie Holyoak and I’m the building 2 manager at Centre Square. I grew up on a ranch in Arimo, Idaho, and my husband, Tucker, is from Queen Creek, Arizona. As a result, we have very different opinions on what is a comfortable temperature.

In Spring of 2016 both Tucker and I were hired as part of the Housing & Student Living Property Services team, him as maintenance and I as custodial. We began dating and were later married in the Logan, Utah, temple on April 15, 2017.

I graduated with a degree in Human Biology in July of 2017 and love to learn how the miracle of our body works. We are truly divine creations! Tucker graduated in April 2018 in Psychology. He plans to do an online Masters program in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis.

On March 17, 2018, we welcomed our little leprechaun, Royce, into our family. He is a very happy baby and loves to take the world in with his big eyes.

We love being outside playing pretty much any sport; we also enjoy playing card and board games and almost anything else as long as we are together. I also enjoy sewing, organizing, and restoring old furniture when time permits. We love Centre Square and are excited to be back to build friendships with all of you here.

Guido Araya

Manager of Building 3
Men's Building

We are the Arayas, Guido and Kaitlyn. I was born in Santiago, Chile, but mainly grew up in Missouri. I am a Health Psychology graduate. I served a mission in the Idaho Pocatello Mission. My wife, Kaitlyn, is a Seattle, Washington, native. She is an Organizational/Industrial Psychology major. Kaitlyn loves to take walks and enjoys nature. She is very artistic; she loves taking photos and to draw. We both enjoy playing tennis, volleyball, and swimming. Since I enjoy volleyball so much, I will send out emails inviting you to play volleyball.

I would love to get to know you so I challenge you to play a game of ping pong—if you beat me, you get a candy bar! We hope you enjoy living at Centre Square!
