Jayson Kunzler

Business Management Faculty Member

Brother Jayson S. Kunzler is a member of the Business Management faculty here at BYU-Idaho.  He earned a Manufacturing Engineering degree from Brigham Young University, a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from MIT, and a PhD in Instructional Design from Idaho State University.  Prior to coming to BYU-Idaho nine years ago, he worked in small and large companies as an engineer, operations manager, and supply chain program manager.

Brother Kunzler served as a missionary in the Japan Fukuoka Mission, and he currently serves as the executive secretary in his ward.  Although he has enjoyed serving in many different Church callings over the years, nothing gives Brother Kunzler greater joy than to study and teach the restored gospel.  His other interests include fly fishing, other outdoor activities, and being at home with his family.

Brother Kunzler and his wife, Jennifer, are the parents of eight children.  Brother and Sister Kunzler have directed and coordinated their children's education at home for over 12 years. Their oldest son and daughter are currently students here at BYU-Idaho.
