  • Red Cross Blood Drive
    Save lives…donate blood! Sign up for a time from 11-4:30 pm. Held in the Taylor Cultural Hall.

August 21st

  • Free Food Friday
    Come to the Taylor Quad for some flapjacks from 10 am-1 pm.
  • Escape Night
    Bring your apartment and your friends. Will you escape? Held in the MC from 8-11 pm, $5 with a mask or $6 without a mask.

August 26th

  • Game Night
    Join us for a game night in the MC at 8pm! Tickets can be purchased online and in advance from the ticket office

Guidelines & Safety Protocols

  • No more than 50 people per field which will include participants, Game Managers, and spectators.
  • Fans will be encouraged to wear masks.
  • Participants will not share pennies/jerseys the same night. Pennies/jerseys will be washed after each use.
  • Participants who leave the State will be asked to wait 2 weeks and be symptom-free before participating.


Fitness Activities

Due to the Hart Remodel, the Fitness Studio will not be available until Fall Semester. All classes will be held virtually or outside from July 28 - August 29.

Animal Services

Visit and help a local animal shelter every other Saturday (during summer session) starting August 15th, from 9 am-12 pm at the Snake River Animal Shelter in Idaho Falls. (Call Zach @ (317) 316-7958 for details)

Cross Country Meet Volunteers 

Help runners follow the course and/or assist with race management at local cross-country races. (Call Jade @ (208) 278-6909 for details)

Grandparent Pen Pals 

Write a letter to a person in a local nursing home. Share what’s important to you and ask for the person to respond by sharing what’s important to them. Commit to maintaining regular correspondence for 3-months or more. (Call Cody @ (208) 859-0375 for details)

Ropes Course

For groups of 8 or more wanting to do team building and the ropes course, power pole, or giant swing, call the BYUI scheduling office to make a reservation.

    (Closed Holidays and Tuesdays during Devotionals)

For individuals or groups fewer than 8 interested in the ropes course, zip line, and QuickFlight, use the button to make a reservation. Participants allowed on the ropes course will be limited due to COVID-19 restrictions.
